This beer is a pure expression of plums in sour beer: a golden sour aged in oak for one year with 250 grams per litre of local plums. The aroma is dominated but the ripe plum character which plays off the fruity flavours produced by the mixed culture that fermented this beer. Its pronounced sourness give this drink a clean & refreshing bite.
