This dry apple cider was aged for 21 months in a port barrel from Bergsig. Oak gives the cider great structure and mouthfeel while the port character imparts notes of ripe nectarines & red berries.
The long ageing with Brettanomyces gives an earhy base, which pulls the flavours together to produce a complex drink.
